The new Albishorn Marinagraph is available in two colors: “Classic Racing,” featuring a sunburst black dial with applied silver indexes filled with white Super-LumiNova, and “Paraíba Racing,” which has a Sunburst Paraíba tourmaline green dial and applied black indexes filled with white Super-LumiNova. The dial and hands have been shaped in homage to the brand’s mountain emblem, while the logo has been updated to reflect how the company imagines it would have evolved to match the time period of the late 1950s/1960s.
The dials are punctuated by a red chronograph hand and an unusual and creative addition. In addition to moving the “running” indicator to 3 o’clock on the dial, the watch now features a 10-minute retrograde countdown to time the start from the 10-minute warning at a regatta (although the Olympics use 6 and 3-minute warning blasts).
