Steven Victor has long moved between music, fashion, and culture, but 2025 marks his biggest step into sneakers yet. Known for shaping the sound of artists like Pop Smoke and for launching his Victor Victor brand, he’s now teasing a Nike collaboration centered on the Air Max DN8.
For once, the rollout was based on aesthetics, not product info. A private jet photoshoot featured stacks of Air Max DN8 boxes, a silver Ferrari parked nearby, and Victor himself wearing a crisp “Pure Platinum” pair. On social media, a Pop Smoke–scored teaser stitched together Victor Victor branding with cinematic imagery, including a child in an astronaut helmet, nodding to themes of ambition and exploration. Sneakerheads will pick up on that nuance—the collab is about more than just sneakers.
Hints suggest that more is on the way. The Victor Victor website quietly updated with glimpses of a DN8 in aquatic gradient hues, sparking speculation that this will be the collaboration’s retail version. The move comes just after Victor’s own 2024 debut project with Nike: Victor released a friends-and-family Air Force 1 with a plain Victor Victor logo embossed on it, which was widely interpreted as a prelude to something much bigger.
While official launch details are still under wraps, expect the Victor Victor x Nike Air Max DN8 to release during Fall/Winter 2025.
