Editor’s pick — Accessory quick take: key highlight (movement/specs for watches, materials/finish, limited run, pricing tier) in 1–2 lines.
What We Know
At Watches and Wonders, H. Moser & Cie. is taking its flagship Streamliner in a new direction—introducing two new “Two Hands” models measuring 34mm and 28mm, marking the smallest executions of the Streamliner since the collection launched in 2020. Up until now, the line has largely lived in the 40mm-and-up range, so this isn’t a subtle shift—it’s a meaningful expansion into a part of the catalog Moser hasn’t really explored with the Streamliner before.

Both watches come in stainless steel and retain the integrated bracelet that has become central to the design. The case and bracelet have been reworked slightly to better suit the smaller proportions, but the overall look remains intact. Despite the changes in size, the dials are very much in line with the rest of the collection. The 34mm version features a silver fumé dial, while the 28mm comes in a burgundy fumé. In keeping with that pared-back approach, there are no indexes and no logo, leaving just the hands—treated with Super-LumiNova—as the only functional elements on the dial.

That minimalism carries through to the display itself. These are time-only watches in the most literal sense, showing just hours and minutes, with no running seconds. It’s a notable departure from most of the existing Streamliner lineup, where you’ll typically find either a central seconds hand or, in more complicated versions, some form of seconds indication.

The 34mm model is powered by the in-house HMC 400 automatic caliber, while the 28mm uses the smaller HMC 410. Both are self-winding movements with a power reserve of around 60 hours and operate at 25,200 vibrations per hour, with solid gold rotors and finishing consistent with what you’d expect from the brand.
Both models come on an integrated steel bracelet and retail for $27,600.
What We Think
Before today, the smallest Streamliner was 40mm, and even across the broader Moser catalog, things rarely dipped below 38mm. Moving to 34mm—and especially 28mm—feels like a meaningful shift. With that, Moser kept the integrated design, in-house automatic movements, and overall execution intact, which isn’t always the case when brands scale down this far.
The lack of a seconds hand also feels intentional. Most Streamliners do include some form of seconds display, so removing it here helps keep the dial from feeling compressed and leans into Moser’s minimalist approach. It’s cleaner, a bit quieter, and ultimately better suited to these proportions—suggesting this isn’t just about making the watch smaller, but rethinking how the Streamliner works at a different scale. Whether this is a sign of things to come or simply Moser testing the waters, it’s a fantastic move—and one I hope we see more of across the broader lineup.
